The Sauvignon Blanc of Terroir de Bacchus is a rich white wine with fruity aromas. This wine, fermented at low temperature, is perfectly balanced between alcohol, sugar, and acidity. Our Sauvignon Blanc vines grow at an altitude of 1,650 meters in the village of Ainata. This prestigious terroir, with its clay-limestone and stony soils, benefits from a dry climate ideally suited to vines, with heavy snowfall in winter and abundant sunshine in summer.
