The Chardonnay of Terroir de Bacchus is a rich white wine with fruity aromas. This wine, fermented at low temperature, is perfectly balanced between alcohol, sugar, and acidity. Our Chardonnay vines grow at an altitude of 1,650 meters in the village of Ainata. This prestigious terroir, with its clay-limestone and stony soils, benefits from a dry climate well-suited to vines, with heavy snowfall in winter and abundant sunshine in summer.
