To acquire its complexity and refinement, this wine was vinified according to a traditional method and matured for 12 months in new French oak barrels. The grapes come from our vineyards located in Ainata, at an altitude of 1800m, making it the highest vineyard in Lebanon and the Middle East, in the historical region of the Temple of Bacchus in Baalbeck. Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
